Overlooking the beautiful mountains of Co, Wicklow, this roof refurbishment required a long term fix for a problematic, low pitch, slate roof.

The tiled roof was prone to water ingress along with other issues from that showed it wasn’t fit for purpose.

A solution was needed that offered a long life expectency as well high performance waterproofing.

Renolit Alkorplan F proved to be the best option available due to its flexibility, long service life & excellent vapour permeability.

Renolit Alkorplan F was mechanically fixed as a replacement for the old, problematic roof.
