Residential Roofing Project featuring ALKORDESIGN Profile System

CASE STUDY

imageCASE STUDY

The residential roofing project features our Alkordesign Profile & Alkorplan PVC from Renolit and covers a residential estate in Co. Dublin.

Visualised by Shannon Homes & Roclad Systems, this Renolit Alkordesign project combines the aesthetic appearance of a metal standing seam (lead, zinc, copper, or aluminium) with the benefits of a pliable synthetic roof through the application of a purpose-made extruded profile.

This project was layered with Renolit Alkorplan, a thermoplastic PVC-P roofing membrane.

Alkorplan is a calendered and laminated membrane of flexible PVC and polyester reinforcing for use in the Alkor mechanically fixed system.

“I have used RESITRIX now for four years on small and large contracts. It’s a fantasy material to work with. Easy to apply and most of all no time consuming metal on upstands or change of angle, no flame and fast installation. I would highly recommend it and beats other single Ply’s hands down.” Max Roofing
