Wooden Fire Rated Loft Ladder with an Insulated Hatch

Wood is known to burn well – but this is not the case with the Eurofire Protect fire rated loft ladder! The Eurofire Protect has a fire-retardant effect of class EI₂45 meaning that it delays the spread of fire by at least 45 minutes.

Sustainable use.

In addition to its fire-retardant effect, the Eurofire Protect loft ladder features a high level of insulation. Thanks to the 60mm thick cover and the 2-point rotary lock, it can be categorised in air tightness class 4 and achieves a U-value of 0.667 W/m²K.

MAKE AN ENQUIRY

Cold and heat have no chance to reach the lower floor. The proof for this are the ongoing developments from MINKA. An optimal, seamless gasket ensures that you can enjoy a pleasant room climate even on very icy days and save heating costs at the same time.
